Pat has been C3 Church Africa Regional Director since 2002, and over this time has seen the number of C3 Churches increase from one to over 30. His experience in ministry and leadership includes youth ministry, Bible College principal, pastoral ministry at C3 Church Oxford Falls, church planting in the Philippines and ministry/oversight to churches in cities across Asia and Africa. Pat is passionate about planting and growing vibrant churches that bring Kingdom change to communities.

Pat is 46 years old, is married to Amanda, and has two children, Jacinta 17 & Tyler 14

John & Dianne Finkelde are the Senior Ministers of Christian City Church Hepburn Heights, a contemporary and vibrant church of 1000 members in suburban Perth, Western Australia.

Humorous and relevant, John draws from over 25 years of ministry experience to minister with insight and skill. Author of “Created for Partnership” and “Raising Great Kids”, John is a sought after speaker nationally and internationally.

Currently completing a Masters Degree in Leadership, John is Assistant National Director, for Christian City Churches in Australia, providing mentorship to Pastors with congregations exceeding 500 members together with Dianne.

Dianne is an encouraging, inspiring and gifted teacher. She brings a wealth of ministry experience and wisdom as a wife, mother and minister.

Her passion is to see women appreciate their uniqueness and be released to reach their full potential in God.

Dianne leads Woman2Woman women’s ministry at C3HH. She also oversees Partnership Ministries which provides pre marriage education for engaged couples and on going enrichment and mentoring for married.

They have two adult children, Erin & Luke.

Kelvin Phillips has been in full time ministry for 22 years and is the Senior Pastor of C3 Jubilee in Johannesburg South Africa, a fast growing & vibrant church of 1000+ members that has been making a difference throughout Africa for over 18 years.

In 1991 Kelvin and Sharon came to South Africa from Australia with a vision to plant and establish churches in Africa and have planted a number of churches. Kelvin is an influential leader in the nation and church community and has developed a strong Apostolic, Prophetic and teaching ministry.

Kelvin's church reflects his personality, vibrant & full of life. His passion is to build a church with strong, gifted leaders who can reach out to the local community & the continent of Africa. Successful evangelistic crusades have been held throughout nations including Mozambique, Malawi, Ghana, Zambia & Egypt.

The growth and strength of C3 Jubilee is attributed strong vision, faith, moving in the Holy Spirit and development of leaders, with strong community ministries that meet the needs of the people through the practical demonstration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Kelvin is married to Sharon, a teacher, and they have three children Joshua, Emmanuel (Manny) & Cherise.

Adrian & Kathy Gray are the Founders of C3 Church Mount Annan, a thriving contemporary church of over 1000 members, which is leading the way for the Christian City Church movement in South Western Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

With over 40 years ministry experience Adrian has an amazing capacity to speak the truth into the lives of men and women of all ages, cultures and backgrounds. He is a man of vision and great faith and is a sought after speaker nationally and internationally.

Kathy is not only a major source of support for Adrian but is a minister in her own right. She is an excellent role model for wives, mothers, leaders and ministers all over the globe. Her passion for people everywhere has seen her lead many successful mission trips to both China and Africa preaching and teaching the Word of God.

In 34 years as the Senior Ministers of C3 Church Mount Annan they have taken major ground for the Kingdom establishing the main church, planting 5 satellite churches, a Christian bookshop, developing one of the most respected community services organisations in the community and founding one of the most dynamic K -12 Christian schools in the country.

Adrian & Kathy are not only great preachers of the Word but they have lived it for the 42 years of their married life. This is evident in their family of four married children who are all serving God with all their heart and nine grandchildren. They are without a doubt two of Australia’s foremost Christian leaders.

Rod is passionate about building strong local churches. His vision is to see people make the decision to follow Jesus and to equip and establish Christians to release their full potential and gifting.

Through his outstanding communication skills and incredible leadership, his vibrant personality and practical teachings have helped to build the lives of many.

Over this time he has seen hundreds of people’s lives impacted through his ministry. He has planted two successful churches from the ground up, and been invited to minister in many continents around the globe. Pastor Rod Waters together with his wife Wendy, are the Senior Ministers of C3 Church Joondalup in Western Australia and have served for 3 years as the State Directors of C3 churches in Western Australia overseeing 11 churches in Western Australia. Rod has been married for 32 years and has 5 adult children, three of whom are married with 3 grandchildren. Together Rod and Wendy have pioneered churches in Broome and Joondalup in Western Australia and been in the ministry for 28 years. For the past 16 years C3 Church Joondalup have partnered with several Pastors in the building of churches in North East Himalayas India, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Rod is also an accomplished musician and artist. In his spare time he loves to paint and take inspiring landscape photos.
